Hawaii 5-0 Birthday

The last of the January snow was still piled high in places, but the atmosphere (and temperature) inside Lisa’s 5-0 was tropical! Guests were greeted with one of “Lisa’s Lau Lau Lagoon” cocktails and enjoyed themed canapes courtesy of Ffres Catering. There were audible gasps of surprise and amazement at the spectacular styling provided by Sam and the team at Drape your Space. The fancy dress on display only served to enhance the atmosphere of fun and colour. Following the initial drink reception, guests were treated to an Hawaiian inspired feast served from a station in the marquee. As the mood heated up further, guests enjoyed limbo and the fantastic vocal stylings of Danny Cole. Amongst the most memorable fancy dress on display – Elvis, Dwayne Johnson look-a-like, surfers and Lisa herself was truly stunning in a creation made of palm leaves! Simply stunning event with the perfect supplier selection!

Clwyd Winter Ball

Clawdd Offa Farm was the ideal setting for the Clwyd Winter Ball, on behalf of Flintshire and District Scout Groups. The running order for the day was a 7pm-11pm celebration, with an award presentation first, followed by games and entertainment, a delicious hog roast, and finishing with a band and disco.

Theatr Clwyd Away Day & Company Update

What a fun away day for the fabulous Theatr Clwyd staff on one of the hottest days of the year! Clawdd Offa Farm was the perfect setting for an initial company update aided by superfast Wi-Fi and AV support from Event Sound & Lighting. The daytime refreshments and afternoon BBQ were provided by the team at Ffres Catering. There was plenty of laughs supplied by the fantastic team at The Event Station who provided games and activities including: football darts, “Game of Cones” and Archery. Kristina & Lewis

A day filled with laughter, glitter and festival inspired entertainment. Kristina & Lewis planned their special wedding weekend from afar but that didn’t stop Kristina selecting some of the best suppliers & entertainment we’ve seen. There was a real international feel to the day with guests staying on site from all over the world to celebrate with the couple. Everyone who was lucky enough to attend had a real feast for the eye with something amazing happening throughout the day into the evening. The entertainment was out of this world with special mention to Flambe circus for bringing prosecco skirts, stilt walkers, bubble blowers, fire show and even a glitter glam station that guests of every age enjoyed. Paul Pashley provided excellent singing during the daytime event with fantastic evening entertainment from The Rush. The Birdie Camper Van was parked next to the marquee to create guest images of the full-filled day.

They chose a light grey carpet, modern chivari "ice" chairs, pealighting, large decorative white chandeliers and pleated linings to complete their marquee look. They created comfortable seating with our rattan lounge seating. They also brought in their own light grey velet sofa and bride's own sideboard & floor lamp for the entrance area - this gave the entrance a homely welcoming feel.

Beautiful neutral feature floristry and personal touches completed their look.
